Yes, on our thermometer in the front yard it reads 112! Back yard is only 104.........but here is the best part!!!!!!!!! Our electricity has been going on and off for about 3 hours! So......we had to shut off the air, tv and computer........it was unbearable and of course I was cussing everyone that even remotely had anything to do with the Electric Co...........finally seems to be back on track. Needless to say........we snacked all day. And still eating ice cream!!
THis is my Mothers Peach Ice Cream recipe..........the ONLY peach ice cream recipe in the world.............unbelievable. So.......easy........2 cups cream, 2 cups mashed fresh peaches, a shot of lemon juice and 1 to 1 1/2 cups sugar (depending on sweetness of peaches. Mix it all up and into your ice cream maker...... You can also make the most wonderful raspberry the same way............You will never eat better ice cream.........ever! I have got to move on to some other kind of food.............sigh.
