Well, today started out good...........a little cloudy and breezy so perfect for yard work. Hoed and shoveled three wagons full of dirt out of our planters in front of our house. Bob has a little wagon that hooks onto the back of his lawn mower.......he was soooo excited to use it! We hauled two loads out into our driveway that has been washed out from all the rain and one to the back yard for me to use to fill flower pots with. He of course asked me where I wanted it dumped and then proceeded to dump it where he wanted it to go. Don't you ask yourself, "Why do they even ask?" oh well, its done........a big job. And then.......when ready to relax and fix our dinner a transformer down the street blew! NO electricity! Do we all realize how boring our life is without computers and tv? We both looked at each other like........what do we do now?!?!
Our dinner was left over cold barbequed pork sandwiches with left over potato salad.........it was really very good. Of course as soon as we had eaten, the electricity came back on. I was able to pick another bucket of mulberries. Any mulberry ideas? Tomorrow......will be better...........
How about wine? Muffins, scones, ice cream. I don't think I have ever had mulberries.
